Each vendor may define their own refund period through the marketplace settings. Customers must submit refund requests within the vendor-configured refund window after delivery.

3.Refund Window Example

For example, if a vendor configures a refund period of 14 days, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.

4.Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5.Non-Refundable Products

Certain products, including customized items, perishable goods, and products marked as non-returnable, may not qualify for refunds.
